Zombieland: Double Tap is a riot, and a lot of that is due to Zoey Deutch and her character, Madison. It's worth the wait, your time and your money. Ten years ago, as I was just starting out on my journey (notice I didn't say "career") as a movie critic, one of the first movies I reviewed was Ruben Fleischer's genre mash-up Zombieland. At the time I gave it four and a half stars, praised it as "one of the year's most. Zombieland: Double Tap occupies a similar space in the world of sequels.
They've had enough time to hone their zombie hunting and killing skills over the years and are now pretty good at it. Zombieland: Double Tap - the corpse of a franchise that shows no signs of coming back to life. It was a decently reviewed sleeper success which provided a much-hankered-for eyeroll at the influx of zombie films flooding cinemas at the time - but it was that. Zombieland: Double Tap is rated R.
