This isn't a film for anyone looking for extreme expressions of violence or blood. It stays more dramatic and psychological. The thriller elements and action movie with a similar pace and energy that the film starts with. Bloody Marie is a beautifully shot thriller that was filmed in Amsterdam and whose plot is not too unbelievable. Bloody Marie was described to me as a "hardcore action-drama" by Uncork'd who are representing the Dutch film in the USA. Watch the trailer and it Bloody Marie is primarily a drama, with a couple of action scenes thrown into the mix.
