Follows the lives of three young males living in the Crenshaw ghetto of Los Angeles, dissecting questions of race, relationships, violence, and future prospects.

A title as good as "The Last of Robin Hood" deserves a better movie. In fact, it deserves a good movie. I have seen a few "Robin Hood" movies in my lifetime most were good some were silly my favorte is "The Adventures of Robin Hood." starring Errol Flynn, Sean Connery's "Robin and Marion" is very good (see my review.) But this "Robin Hood" is different.
The whole movie was filimed in bad or foggy weather save for the very end which IMHO was a plus. Boyz n the Hood is one of the most important movies of my life. "Boyz 'n the Hood" spans seven years in the life of Tre Styles (Cuba Gooding Jr.), who in the film's first episode is seen idly discussing street crimes, and in its last is caught up in one such. It's rare that a horror movie's main motivation is to teach rather than scare.
